If you are planning your wedding in Sicily, these answers may help you understand more clearly how I work, what kind of experience I offer, and whether it feels like the right fit for you.
Do you work only in Sicily?
I am based in western Sicily, and most of my work takes place here — especially in places such as Scopello, Pantelleria, Erice and across the western part of the island.
Sicily is where my work feels most natural, not only because I know it well, but because I understand how light, distance, rhythm and atmosphere shape the experience of a wedding here.
Do you work with international couples?
Yes, absolutely.
Many of the couples I photograph are planning their wedding in Sicily from abroad or from other parts of Italy. I am used to working with destination couples and to making the process feel clear, calm and personal from the very beginning.
What does your approach feel like on the wedding day?
My approach is calm, discreet and observant.
I do not like turning the day into a performance or directing every moment. I prefer to stay present with awareness, guide when it is genuinely useful, and leave space for the day to unfold naturally.
The goal is to create photographs that feel elegant, personal and true — not forced, not distant.
We are not comfortable in front of the camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all.
Many couples tell me this before the wedding. What matters most is not knowing how to pose, but feeling at ease.
I work in a way that helps people relax without pressure, without stiffness, and without asking them to become someone else in front of the camera.
Do you help with timing and light during the day?
Yes, when needed.
From a photographic point of view, timing makes a real difference during a wedding. I am happy to help couples think through the flow of the day so everything feels smoother, more natural and less rushed — especially when light and atmosphere matter a lot.
Do you know the venues and locations in Sicily well?
Yes, especially in western Sicily.
Knowing a place well is not only useful visually. It also helps with timing, light, movement and understanding how the atmosphere of a location changes throughout the day.
That is one of the reasons why photographing weddings in Sicily feels so natural to me.
Do you photograph intimate weddings and multi-day celebrations?
Yes.
I photograph weddings of different sizes, from intimate celebrations to more structured destination weddings. What matters most to me is not the scale, but the atmosphere, the people and the way the day is lived.

What happens after we get in touch?
The first step is your message.
Once I receive it, I take a look at your plans and, if I feel I may be the right fit, the next step is a call. That conversation helps me understand your wedding more personally and gives us the chance to see whether we are the right match.
Do you offer albums?
Yes.
I believe printed photographs and albums remain one of the most meaningful ways to experience wedding images over time. If this is something you care about, I will be happy to guide you through it after the wedding.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
As early as possible.
Some dates, especially for destination weddings, are booked well in advance. If you already have a date — or even a clear direction — it is always worth getting in touch early.
